Leadership
Be Fearsome Events is led by founder and Lead Facilitator, Tom Frearson. He is responsible for delivery standards across all programmes and oversees the design, facilitation and debriefing approach — ensuring every experience is purposeful, professionally run and aligned to performance outcomes.
