Tom Frearson is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of Be Fearsome Events, leading the design and delivery of team building programmes and corporate events in the UK and internationally.

A former Royal Marines Commando, Tom has built and led teams in high-pressure environments around the world before moving into hospitality consulting and, more recently, the corporate sector. He now works with organisations to deliver team experiences that strengthen communication, trust, and performance.

An ICF-accredited coach and a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management, Tom brings a structured, professional approach to facilitation, ensuring every event is well-run, purposeful, and aligned to client objectives.
